Step 3: Marketing
Contact existing applicant base
Local and London press
Large Internet presence

Step 4: Appointments/Viewings
Arrange viewings in accordance with Landlord’s instructions.

Step 5: Securing the Tenant
Agree terms of tenancy with all parties
Obtain holding deposit
Obtain references (Via credit referencing agency)

Step 6: Completion
Obtain balance of monies
Prepare Tenancy agreements
Arrange signing of tenancy agreements
Arrange signing of standing order for future rent payments
Provide tenant with keys

Step 7: Accounting to Landlord
Forward Landlord statement of account & balance of payment.
Copy of original Tenancy agreement
Copy of signed standing order
Tenants contact details

Notes:
Once the contracts are signed it is then the Landlord’s responsibilities to deal with the any issues that arise during the tenancy.
